Our school library is ready for another year's busy use. A brand new team of Y6 pupil Librarians, (Tyler, Krishna, Danielle, Mabel, Lucy and Hannah) have been appointed and are ready to help Mrs Morgan run the Library.

We are fortunate in having a self-contained, well-stocked Library, providing a wide range of fiction and non-fiction for pupil and staff use. As well as being used for research, quiet reading and borrowing, the Library also provides an area for group activities such as creative writing or Chess Club.

Junior pupils are able to borrow fiction and non-fiction of their choice during sessions run by the Librarians after school. Some younger juniors borrow their books during Library Skills lessons. Library use for Infants will be developed as the year progresses and a special Lunchtime Book Club for some infant pupils is already up and running.

Library borrowing time for Juniors are as follows:

Y3, (Miss Thomas): WEDNESDAY mornings (Library lesson)

Y3/4 and Y4 (Mr Elias and Mrs Davies): TUESDAYS, 3.15 - 3.35pm

Y5/6(Mrs Player, Mr Pryce and Miss Wheeler): MONDAYS, 3.15-3.35pm
